  • Contact Entelechy via phone or email, and they'll ask you a few quick questions and schedule an initial meeting.

  • Depending on your goals and the size of the project, the meeting can last anywhere from 30 minutes to a couple of hours. Entelechy will listen and document your project vision, see the project site, explain their process and your options and identify next steps according to your priorities.

  • After the meeting they will send you the meeting notes for your review

  • If you decide to proceed they'll send you the proposal documents to get started.

  • All of their projects follow their 6 step process of defining requirements, designing and presenting potential solutions, building out for testing, rolling out to client, documentation/training and support to provide you with a customized and flexible plan.

  • Project invoicing is done according to the project agreement.

  • And of course, post project Help Desk support is always available.
