Ready to go a little beyond basic maintenance? Entelechy's remote IT plan includes the basic maintenance plan for up to 20 devices plus regular access to a dedicated technician. This plan includes one 8 hour day per month of technician time that can be used for any helpdesk or repair service. The client can choose between onsite or remote service and can break the time up into two half days depending on what best meets their needs. Remote IT plan subscribers receive discounted rates on other services such as additional helpdesk or repair service hours, emergency, consulting, and project services. An annual cost and equipment inventory is an added free service with a value up to $750.00 for quarterly, semi-annually or annual Remote IT plan subscriptions.

Basic Maintenance Plan

Entelechy's basic maintenance plan is an economical way to keep your technology running safely, efficiently and performing in a way that works for you. The maintenance plan ensures that your computers are being serviced on a routine basis to keep applications, hardware and operating systems up to date and to perform virus and spyware checks regularly to keep your systems safe. Program logs and internet performance are reviewed regularly to address any potential issues or inefficiencies. Computers are configured according to the way you work for additional efficiency and ease of use. All of these services are included in the maintenance plan for up to 10 devices. Help Desk and repair services can be added to this plan at a reduced rate.

Contact us by phone or email to set up your account

Set up your account by filling out a client account form, plan selection form, and providing a credit card to initiate your account

Start using Entelechy concierge service by submitting requests via phone, fax, or email

Payment for service will be due upon completion or hours will be deducted from your membership account

Additional charges for any requested purchases will be reimbursed upon job completion. Purchases over $50.00 require payment in advance or authorization to use credit card on file

Project Planning and Execution

Entelechy performs IT projects of any size and offer the same flexible scheduling options as for our Help Desk service.

  • Contact Entelechy via phone or email, and they'll ask you a few quick questions and schedule an initial meeting
  • Depending on your goals and the size of the project, the meeting can last anywhere from 30 minutes to a couple of hours. Entelechy will listen and document your project vision, see the project site, explain their process and your options and identify next steps according to your priorities 
  • After the meeting they will send you the meeting notes for your review. 
  • If you decide to proceed they'll send you the proposal documents to get started
  • All of their projects follow their 6 step process of defining requirements, designing and presenting potential solutions, building out for testing, rolling out to client, documentation/training and support to provide you with a customized and flexible plan
  • Project invoicing is done according to the project agreement
  • And of course, post project Help Desk support is always available

Help Desk

Need computer maintenance or repair? Schedule a Help Desk appointment via phone or email. Entelechy will ask you a few quick questions and schedule you for a remote service session to resolve your IT issue. If your internet is down and a remote session is not an option, they will come to you.

And, Entelechy offers morning, afternoon and evening appointments to fit your schedule. Once you have made your Help Desk appointment, they will send you a confirmation email. Your technician will also call you approximately 48 hours before the appointment to go over any details that will help him provide you with the most efficient service. Once the service has been completed, they will confirm the issue has been resolved and provide you with your invoice. Entelechy accepts cash, check or PayPal for your convenience.

Quick, effective and complete technology troubleshooting

The Entelechy Help Desk is available when you need it, as your central contact for resolving hardware and software issues, as well as the starting point for a number of larger projects. Entelechy technicians have extensive knowledge of many technologies and know just what to ask to get at the source of a problem and send you down the right path to a full resolution.

IT Emergency

Have an IT emergency? Entelechy offers an expedited version of Entelechy's Help Desk service for appointments that need to occur within 24 hours. Simply call Entelechy's emergency number and leave a message. You can expect a call back within 12 hours with service generally scheduled and completed within 24 hours.

Entelechy's highly skilled and experienced technicians have access to the technological tools and the right people to help you. This expertise often allows them to resolve emergencies over the phone or via remote assistance. And for issues that can’t be resolved through one of those methods, they are available to come on-site, even if that means coming in before or after ‘normal’ working hours, or over a weekend.
